Module 16 - Business Plan Boilerplate
Author's Notes
In my classroom experiences, the business plan concept was always referred to as the entrepreneur’s ‘road map’. I tried to keep the concept as simple as pie so that the student could grasp the whole idea. Maybe too much time was devoted to the ‘road map idea’ but it worked. In the two-semester Western High School Agribusiness course students were required to write a hypothetical business plan or some students used their parents’ resources and developed their startup businesses. More than 25 years later, a few of those WHS students’ businesses are thriving today. Examples: Brett Etherington, Joe Russeau. Rustin Godfrey. Brian Jones. LinkedIn.
